No Fika till Film

Vill du veta om DU har vad som krävs för att skapa kortfilm från grunden? I så fall: Anmäl dig till vårens kurs på Demo! Professionell film- och ljudutrustning samt datorer finns på plats. Efteråt bjuder vi alla deltagare på hembakad fika och kaffe. Kursen leds av Manuell Tony, en ung filmskapare som bland annat fått hedersutnämnande av juryn i Stockholms filmfestival 2022. Så här säger Manuell själv om kursen:

This is a unique experience unlike anything people have seen before! Demo is equipped with all the equipment you could possibly need to make your short film, as well as a cafe, computers with professional video and audio editing software and a professional recording studio. I am a student and film-maker myself, and this would be a wonderful opportunity for film-lovers to come together and celebrate the art of film through this workshop.

The course is about bringing together a group of people interested in film-making and have them make a short film from a theme prompt in under a specific period of time, 3 hours or less. Afterwards, they will be served fika. I will help supervise them whilst they make their short film and offer them tips and tricks etc. It will be a combination of both a practical and theoretical learning experience. We will have sessions every month with a new prompt, such as “Make a short film about growing up” for example, and so on. The participants will then work together as a team and try to figure out ways to get it done.

Vi startar i gång med en kortare introduktion den 25/2 och sedan kommer det vara ett tillfälle varje månad, på lördagar. Datum för kursen är 25/2, 18/3, 1/4, 6/5 och 3/6. Alla tillfällen utom det första är cirka 2 timmar. Kursen är helt gratis och hålls på engelska. Framför allt riktad till dig som är mellan 16 och 19 år.
